Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Bhumi Bandhu Real Estates, we strive to provide transparent and fair dealings in all property transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

2. Property Booking Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Within 7 days of booking: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a processing fee of ₹2,000 or 2% of the booking amount (whichever is higher).
  • After 7 days but before registration: Refund of 70% of the booking amount. 30% will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • After property registration: No refund is applicable once the property is registered in the buyer's name. Transfer or resale must be done per RERA guidelines.

2.2 Cancellation by Company

In the rare event that Bhumi Bandhu Real Estates cancels a booking (e.g., project cancellation, title issue, or regulatory non-compliance), the full booking amount will be refunded within 30 business days.

3. Partner Program Refunds

  • Partner registration fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Commissions once credited to the partner's wallet are considered earned and are non-refundable.
  • In case of fraudulent activity, the Company reserves the right to reverse commissions and withhold payouts.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bhumibandhurealestate.com or in person at our office.
  • Required documents: Booking receipt, ID proof, bank account details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided.

5. Online Payment Refunds

  • If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway.
  • For duplicate payments, contact us immediately at +91 96101 01631 — the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Site visit charges (if applicable)
  • Legal documentation and stamp duty charges
  • Government fees and taxes already paid
  • Commission/incentive payouts to partners

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemic, etc.), the Company may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements instead of refunds.

8. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes shall be resolved through discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate consumer forum or court in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
